Overview

CMC, in Joint Venture with JF Hull Holdings, is currently delivering the $120M Lismore Landslip Restoration Package involving the repair of approximately 60 concurrent damaged sites, with complex sequencing and regional logistics.

Jointly funded by the Commonwealth and NSW Governments through the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA,) this contract marks a significant milestone in Lismore’s long-term recovery from the devastating natural disaster of February-March 2022.

The scope of works includes permanent repairs to approximately 60 landslips, restoring critical road links and improving flood resilience throughout the Lismore local government area. Delivered over a three-year program, the project will prioritise minimising disruption to local communities and maximising the use of a locally based workforce while providing accurate and timely information to Nimbin and wider communities.
