CMC was engaged by the Department of Transport and Main Roads to deliver the construction of two new overtaking lanes on Emu Park Road (one Westbound and one Eastbound) and associated access improvements. These included traffic management, earthworks, unbound pavements, sprayed bitumen surfacing, road furniture and pavement markings.
Programme: Completed two months ahead of practical completion by leveraging extended lane closures to optimise scheduling and boost productivity.
Stakeholders and Community: Built strong relationships with stakeholders and the local community, with residents publicly commending CMC’s operations and effective speed management through local forums.
