CMC is proud to welcome our 2025 cohort of undergraduate engineers.
With over 200 applications received for this year’s intake, we’re excited to have selected a standout group of emerging talent – Alex, Jack, Taylah and Bailee – who have joined us as part of our Undergraduate Engineering Program.
Throughout the year, these future engineers gain valuable industry insight, working under the mentorship of our senior estimators and precontracts engineers. They build practical capability across estimating, staging, methodology development, procurement and more – developing a strong foundation for their engineering careers.
During university breaks, our undergraduates transition from the office to site, where they gain real-world, hands-on experience under the guidance of our Project Engineers – applying their knowledge in live project environments and building skills that extend well beyond the classroom.
