Project for Tweed Shire Council! Jointly funded by the Australian and NSW governments through the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements, this project has restored vital transport routes and delivered resilient infrastructure for the Tweed community.
The 2022 floods caused devastating damage, washing away roads and isolating communities. Through a collaborative Early Contractor Involvement process with BG&E and FSG Geotechnics & Foundations, and a focus on value engineering, the project was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of our team and the exceptional leadership of Project Manager Adon Dinsmore:
“The support and gratitude shown by the local community where many of our team live and work has been incredible,” says Adon. “It’s been a privilege to restore these roads and give back to local organisations through donations, raffles, and hands-on support.”
