Steve joined CMC in 2013 as a Construction Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience from senior roles across the construction and resource sectors. Since then, he has progressed through senior leadership roles to his current appointment as Executive General Manager. In this role, Steve provides strategic leadership across CMC’s operations, guiding business performance, driving long-term growth initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional alignment through the Executive Leadership Group.
With over 25 years of experience, Steve has delivered complex projects spanning roads, bridges, rail, defence, water, mining, renewables, and building. His leadership is defined by a disciplined approach to business and a passion for optimising operational and financial performance—enabling teams to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and urgency. Steve is deeply committed to delivering exceptional outcomes aligned with shared values and long-term vision.
