Brendan is responsible for managing CMC’s estimating team to maintain and continue the growth and direction of CMC. Brendan manages all systems and processes within the Precontracts team of Engineering Managers, Senior/Estimators, Administrators, including coordination and engagement of Consultants on the decision to bid process; estimating procurement process; management of the estimating pricing process and estimating planning process.
