CMC is Proud to Give Back to the Community

CMC is committed giving back to the local communities in which our teams are honoured to work.

One of the ways we achieve this is through our Thirst for a Legacy program, which complements existing site programs and aims to support grassroots community initiatives.

Recently, CMC staff Chief Financial Officer Deborah Woodroffe, Environmental Engineer Claudia Azevedo and Health Safety and Environment Administrator Angeliki Samios donated 12 nets and a motion-detecting infrared camera to the Pine Rivers Koala Association on behalf of CMC’s head office team.

Through our Thirst for a Legacy program and the Containers for Change initiative, CMC matched all funds raised dollar for dollar by, contributing to the vital work of the Pine Rivers Koala Association.

As a thank you, we received a beautiful plaque that serves as a reminder of the positive impact we can make when we come together for a common cause.
