CMC HULL JV awarded major contract by Lismore City Council

We’re proud to share that the CMC HULL Joint Venture has been awarded a major construction contract by Lismore City Council, jointly funded by the Commonwealth and NSW Governments through the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).

This contract represents a major milestone in Lismore’s long-term recovery from the devastating 2022 floods.

The three-year program will deliver permanent repairs to over 60 landslips, restoring critical road links and improving flood resilience across the Lismore local government area. The project will prioritise minimising disruption to local communities and maximising the use of a locally based workforce.

Grant Christensen, CEO at CMC, said:

“We’re proud to continue supporting the Lismore community through this important project. Together with our JV partners at JF Hull Holdings, we’re focused on delivering lasting infrastructure that strengthens resilience and serves the people who call this region home.”

Warren Crowther, General Manager at JF Hull Holdings, added:

“This project is deeply meaningful to our team. It’s not just about rebuilding roads – it’s about restoring confidence, reconnecting communities, and contributing to the long-term resilience of the region.”

The CMC HULL JV is proud to contribute to a project that will strengthen local infrastructure and support the region’s future – true to our commitment to Rebuild. Reconnect. Recover.
