CMC were pleased to support Wheatvale State School as our works on the Cunningham Highway – Warwick to Inglewood Safety Improvements project wrapped up.
With a number of office desks and chairs no longer needed on-site, our team saw an opportunity to give back to the local community. Wheatvale State School, a small rural primary school with just 45 students across two composite classes, graciously accepted the donation.
The school’s Principal, who also runs before and after school care with the support of a dedicated P&C, shared that the savings from not having to purchase new furniture will now go towards a new library computer for the students, an outcome we’re proud to have played a small part in.
CMC is grateful for the chance to contribute to the communities in which we live, work and play.
