Our reputation for delivering quality and certainty through smarter solutions is attributed to the expertise and experience, commitment and calibre, of our office and project based staff. Our people bring value to each project through their considerable depth of experience across various contracting forms, and civil projects including complex major transport, oil and gas, water and wastewater, mining and resource sector infrastructure.

Building the future

With more than 300 staff employed in the business, we work hard to provide opportunities where our people can learn continuously and grow; building their future career paths and sustaining a team of industry-best professionals to work with our clients. We invest in future generations through traineeships, graduate programs, and ongoing staff development. Through these initiatives our teams remain strong and dedicated, resourceful and skilled. We also partner with state and federal government agencies to implement indigenous employment engagement strategies. We look to provide real jobs with real outcomes through nationally recognised training programs that support indigenous communities and contribute to closing the gap between indigenous and non-indigenous Australians.
